200 miles of endurance and one mission of hope. PhD student Ava Drake is running to support Aquaculture without Frontiers and bring sustainable food solutions to vulnerable communities. Ava is a PhD student at the University of Stirling, Scotland with a passion for sustainability, equity, and aquaculture. Her love for running and travel inspired her to take on the 200-mile Great Silk Run across Tajikistan, a challenge that combines her personal passions with her commitment to raising awareness of global food systems and equitable solutions.
